Thank you again for your products.  With every new project I find new ways to get the sounds I want with your tools.  Voxengo VSTs are truly part of my workhorse arsenal.

The latest example is LFMax and LFPunch.  At first I thought they were nice enough to buy, but I didn't use them much until recently.  In fact, I had almost considered giving them up.  But recently I sat down with the tools to really see what they're made of -- and that's when I came to really discover their potential in ALL my mixes!

With a clever combination of Crunchessor for sidechaining, LFMax, and LFPunch for all tracks with low-frequency content, my tracks sound ten times better.  I had always thought 'low end will always be sloppy, there's no way to make it sound good'.  I was wrong!

I was always trying to repair slop in the midrange and unbalanced highs with simple EQ, but with LFMax, LFPunch, and Crunchessor, I'm able to tame the low-end and get the sort of solid, even response I've wanted in a wide range of listening conditions -- headphones, studio monitors, and consumer systems with a wide array of subwoofer quality, tone, and loudness "features".

Within minutes of demoing LF Max and LF Punch, the credit card was out and awaiting the hit - which came a few minutes later, of course!

LF Max is the perfect tool to make a deep sound REALLY deep, while it offers a great amount of control, so you can shape your lows exactly how you like them.  The added sub bass sounds a real, natural part of the sound, not artificial at all.

LF Punch sounds great as well and does exactly what it is advertised to do.

I should also mention that I really dig the simple user interface: just turn those knobs et voila!

Congratulations, Aleksey, for an outstanding bundle at a great price.

I think Alex really nailed it this time.  The LF Punch does what I thought the LF Max would do, but where I totally failed to get any good sound from the bottom of my mixes with LF Max (perhaps due to my own shortcomings as an engineer or misconception of the plugin), the LF Punch sounds good no matter how you do, and it does sound analog, like that vintage tape saturated punch we had in the old days, that people nowdays pay thousands of dollars to emulate (e.g. with the Cransong HEDD).  LF Punch works on bass tracks, it works on drum tracks and it even works on entire mixes, without making the song sound muddy and without making all the treble dissapear on lower volumes, which often happens when you try to get an impressive low end using eq.  The only negative thing I can think of is that there is an obvious risk of overusing this plugin.

I use the LF-Punch for bass guitar and man it's a monster.  KILLER sound, very clean, simple to adjust, it's just exellent!!!! plain and simple..  After, installation I threw down a few tracks and set up the LF PUNCH and my tracks came to life.  I was inpressed with the compression and distortion especially..  My PC sounds like a ampeg now with the use of a sansamp bass driver D.I. and the Voxengo LF PUNCH. the combination sounds dangerous..
