Please regard the information presented on these "custom drum tracks" pages as the contract between you and Aleksey Vaneev, in case you decide to place the drum track recording service order.  Song and rhythm track files you submit together with the order-related poll answers also become the part of this contract.

The data you submit with your order is treated by us as confidential and thus it will not be given away to any third party not involved in the implementation of the order directly.

Your prepayment for the work signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
