All GUI functions were updated.
DC filter's corner frequency was changed to 5 Hz.
Added preset support, bank can hold up to 12 presets. All previously saved presets will not be supported. Sorry for this inconvenience. At the same time plug-in's internal ID was changed too.
Factory presets were added.

A major rewrite of plug-in's internal functions. Now plug-in works more that 2 times faster.
Noise control was removed.
Added 'Bias' control which also required to implement a DC offset removal filter which was also added. This filter attenuates frequencies below 23 Hz while having almost no effect on frequenices above that threshold.
GUI controlling changed to a more user-friendly style. Now vertical mouse moving does coarse-tuning. Right mouse button enables fine-tuning. Mouse hides when tuning a knob.
