Hi,
Is harmoniEQ doing slight program dependent compression when inserted on a track even without touching any settings? On a snare track it sure does do some weird magic (in a good way!). It sounds like the transient is amplified somehow. It has a better body and snap but maybe it's the adding of harmonics to the signal?
Cheers!

Yes, I guess this compression is of harmonical nature - in the same sense as valve/tape compression, i.e. 'instant' compression.
