I own version 2 license of the product.  I see you have version 3 now.  Should I upgrade?  And if so, how do I go about it?

Yes, if you want to use version 3 you should upgrade your license.  Upgrades are handled via the User Area.  If you purchased your version 2 license via RegSoft.com or other reseller, before you can upgrade you should log in or create an account at the Voxengo web site, and add your version 2 key to the User Area.  After that you will have an access to the upgrade option.

Do I need a new key to use the updated version of a product?
Do I need a new key to use the updated version of a product?

If update is a minor version update, you do not need a new key.

If a major version upgrade is available, you will need to upgrade your existing version key to a new version key for a specified fee before you can use that newer major version software.  Major product version upgrades can be ordered via the User Area.

I've recently upgraded from Voxformer v1.9 to v2.0.  Is it possible for me to sell my copy of v1.9?
No, since after upgrade, your v1.9 license became the "Not For Resale" license.  It is a condition required to receive a reduced-price upgrade from v1.9 to v2.0.

I want to upgrade a plug-in, but I'm not ready to do it just yet.  Will the price on the upgrade increase after the introductory period is over, or will the upgrade price remain the same?

The upgrade price does not depend on the introductory price.  Note that before you place your order we reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notification.

I upgraded a plug-in from version 1 to V2 and then transferred my V2 license to another user.  I have just noticed V1 is still in my account.  Is that OK to still be there, or should it have been removed?  If V1 is meant to be still in my account, is the upgrade a once only deal, or can I upgrade from it to V2 again?

You may still use V1, but you can't transfer its license or upgrade it again since you've used your upgrade benefit already.  Now you can only purchase V2 anew.
