Voxengo Crunchessor VST 1.1 released - Press Release
September 13, 2004: We are pleased to inform you about the release of the next version of Crunchessor general-purpose track compressor in PC VST plug-in format.
The newer version introduces a set of new 'Crisp' compression modes which give a substantially different compression sound overall meaning that now you have an additional interesting sound treatment option at your disposal.
Beside the newer compression modes, for each selected mode now you can choose its strength ranging from smooth to strong. Also optimizations have been implemented which are engaged when both the 'Clean' mode and 'Flat' style are active.
The 'Auto' processing quality option has been added which automatically selects the Normal quality mode during real-time processing and the High quality mode during offline/bounce processing thus reducing the hassle associated with the manual quality setting switching.
