Voxengo Crunchessor 2.3 released - Press Release
September 30, 2008: An updated version 2.3 for Voxengo Crunchessor is available for download. Voxengo Crunchessor is a general-purpose track compressor for professional audio production applications. It is available in AudioUnit and VST plug-in formats, for Mac OS X and Windows XP and Vista computers.
Version 2.3 update includes the following changes:
- Various graphics optimizations implemented.
- Additional filter band to key filter was added.
- Side-chain operation issue in Logic Pro 7 fixed.
- Channel groups can be named now.
Crunchessor's main advantage is the ease of tuning, which at the same time instantly delivers an excellent sonic performance. Another remarkable feature of Crunchessor is its valve-type processing, which is applied in parallel to compression and produces the unique "crunch" of this compressor.
