License transfers are handled at the User Area via the corresponding function (you should be logged in).  If you own Voxengo product key that isn't listed at the User Area you should add it there first by using the "Add Product Keys" function.

License transfers are automated and do not require Voxengo staff's involvement.

Note that you cannot transfer license for product you have purchased less than 90 days ago.  A transferred license cannot be transferred again for 15 days.

Yes, as long as this license isn't marked as "Not For Resale" you may transfer it further - this can be done at the User Area.

Voxengo offers unconditional refund during 30 days from the date of purchase.  To ask for a refund, please make a request via the Contacts page.  Please also mention a reason for a refund to allow Voxengo to improve the software and inform you better.
