Hey Aleksey -

I've been frequenting a lot of home recording forums (there is more and more talk about Voxengo EVERYwhere - check out the official Sonar forum some time!), and am getting ill about the current fad everyone is jumping on - the UAD-1 card.  It seems everyone who doesn't have one thinks they need one.

Most of its merits lie with the EQ's (Gliss EQ and Curve EQ are better - and most users who use both also swear by the Voxengos) and the compressors in those bundles.

What's the chance of you creating the ultimate track compressor (I love VoxFormer) in the near future?

Polysquasher is a mastering compressor, right?

I'm already thinking about the possible design of the future track compressor.  I'll try to offer something with pleasant coloration and crunch, if possible.

Yes, Polysquasher is a mastering compressor - it is very neutral, so I do not think it may fullfil track processing needs where audible coloration and additional crunch is desirable.

Thanks for your interest!

It's funny, I find myself using the Voxformer on most of my tracks for a Track Compressor and it sounds great on everything I've put it on (from acoustic guitar, to keyboards, to distorted guitar)!  So I think in my case it's more of a Trackformer! lol

Nice to hear...  I'll probably take some elements from Voxformer's compressor for sure.
