Just wondering if anyone had any advice/tips/thoughts on setting attack times when using Soniformer for Mastering?

What about the idea of leaving the lower-end attack times a bit long in order to deliberately generate a slight bit of controlled "pumping" effect in a limiter receiving its signal from Soniformer? (This would be for rock-n-roll material.)

Appreciate any advice.

Attack and release times should be larger in the lower end since lower frequencies have a bigger oscillation times than the higher frequencies.

Also it may be useful to set release times smaller than attack times.  This way compression sounds smoother.
