Hi,
Will there be a new version of Soniformer in the near future?
What changes would we expect to see in a new version?

The update will not be released anywhere soon. Since Soniformer evolved pretty strongly already, the update will refine the user interface and add multi-channel capability, including channel grouping - as it is implemented in Elephant 3, for example. It should be a very useful upgrade for sure. Sonic qualities may also get some refinement.

Can you consider adding an upsampling feature to Soniformer when you update it? It definitely sounds better at 88.2 or 96k, but it is not always practical to run a session at those rates. Thanks!

Sure, oversampling will be added - most probably, it will be a linear-phase oversampling like in Elephant.
