Why Soniformer only reduces gain and doesn't introduce any punch to material? Marquis works well as i see.

I think you should use higher attack/release settings in Soniformer. If that does not help in your case, then it may not be possible to get the same sound in Soniformer, because Marquis uses a totally different compression characteristic.
