Hello,
I've been recording digital videos on my dv camera, and after editing everything I export the audio to my wav editor (Samplitude). In Samplitude I insert Redunoise and then use it to remoive background noise. However, this always throws the sync between audio and video - there's always a delay at the beginning of the mixdown audio file. Is this delay due to latency of the plugin? Is there a precise and predictable method for accurately removing this delay (as opposed to trying to shift the audio so that it syncs)?
thanks
Doug

At 44.1kHz the delay of Redunoise is 0.749 sec; at 48.0kHz
the delay is 0.688 sec.

I guess that would be considered a precise answer to my question. Thanks!
