I don't know anything about Wave64, but I will see if Samplitude can write Wave64 format files. I don't remember seeing anything about that, but there is a lot I don't know.
In the mean time, I am exporting to 24 bit wave from 32 bit float in samplitude using TPDF dither. The output file in r*brain PRO is set for 32 bit float. I bring that file back into samplitude, and burn CDs from there using POWr dither (2 or 3). So far, using this method, the 96k/24 bit files have not been truncated, but I've only used in of files appox 50-55 minutes long.
