OK.

Aleksey Vaneev: Pristine Space does not work in Cubase4 only in multi-channel mode.  I'm investigating this right now - I'm sure this can be fixed.

It's the same in Nuendo 4.1 too Aleksey.

This has been fixed for Cubase 4.1.  I can't tell for Nuendo 4.1, though.

This *may* be the issue I found in N4.1 running multiple channels in an instance.  I'll try the same config in C4.1 (I have both) and will report back findings.

I have sorted out my problem - it was user error at my end.

(More like rank stupidity, actually)

I'm not sure how much good I'd do anyway, since I just switched to a Q6600 machine and the problem was on my dual-core - so it wouldn't be an apples-to-apples comparison anyway... nevertheless, I will be taking the new machine through it's paces, and a few multi-channel instances of PS will be part of the mix. :)

You'll love the Quaddie.  I'm on a Q6700 here and the difference between this & my previous (Dual Xeon) system is amazing.

PS 1.73 causes Chainer to crash also.

Well, it does not crash here.  Which OS are you using?
