i did it.

ok, i tell you what i do step by step, so maybe you can see where i'm wrong:

i load PS, it tells me 8in 8out (on the right over the main knobs and also on the left in the box over 'Quality')

i load an impulse in slot1: ch 1 and 2 are set this way : slot1 LandR, in1/2, out1/2.

i load an impulse in slot 2: ch 3 and 4 are: slot 2 LandR , in 3/4, out 1/2.

so, where can i set which send goes to in 1or2 and which goes to in 3or4?

Where you are describing slot 2: you have out 1/2. You should adjust "out" to read 3/4 (on channels 3 and 4).
