I know that T3 is an emulation of an SSL Buss Compressor, but what are the other 2 based on please?

I don't think they are based on any hardware unit at all.  Just the imagination of Aleksey.  The T1 in feedback mode can sound pretty much like some opto compressors as it manages very fast attack times not letting any transients trough without some compression first.

T2 mode is fully based on T1 mode, but has some internal variables 'inverted' thus creating a different sound.

T1 mode is the original mode I've proposed in Marquis which uses program-dependent release stage.  This alone makes it very unique.  Moreover, it sounds pretty good - usually very natural since it analyses original signal envelope.
