I'm trying out different things, to see if I can make delay IR's and good Cabinet I'r's.
They are good enough, but I do still hear the remnants of my sine sweep test tone in my IR's.
I have tried test tones of different lengths, is there anything else I can try?

Probably, no - when you get quiet residual sweeps it usually means too much distortion is taking place. The best thing you can do is record the cabinet as clean as possible, without engaging distortion.

Thanks for the reply.
I have found IRS of a variety of gear and spaces, some of them are very very good. This is all new to me, its lots of fun. I wonder how audio ease makes such great IR's!!!! Anyway, your software is fantastic.
Thanks again.
