How many of the 40000 rays do actually hit the receiver wall before extinction on average?
What if the receiver's size is small compared to the room's size? does the scale slider affect the receiver's size too?
With a large receiver, do we have better spatialisation?
For large rooms, could it be possible to improve the results (density) with a higher ray count?
After some testing, I can say that 40k rays in some average room can generate more than 100k reflections for each receiver. You can increase ray count by placing another emitter near the first one.
