When I use a traditional filter or equalizer with -9dB at 200 Hz , the filter / equalizer starts to work one octave higher (400 Hz), and I get a reduction of two thirds of the whole gain of 9 dB at 200 Hz (ie - 6dB reduction).  But with gliss eq it seems to be different.  What are the gain and octave settings exactly doing, ie which formulas are used ?  Of course you can hear and see the results, but sometimes I would find it useful if I could transfer settings from traditional equalizers easily.

Richi

At the default bandwidth setting it is -3 dB at cutoff frequency.  If you want to have -6 dB, this point is 15% higher than the cutoff frequency.

Thank you, Aleksey.
