Boogex 2.1 Peaking + Shelving filters seem to be not working.
Edit: They seem to work with Amp Drive > +0dB

But: Bandwith of the HP+LP filters seem to be fixed. Why that? Values still can be changed via mouse wheel but the sound doesn't change.

Well, it is Emphasis EQ, it works differently than a usual EQ. Emphasis affects how spectral areas get more or less drive.

HP and LP filters work a bit differently than in usual EQs - the "bandwidth" of LP and HP filters is affected by the Gain value used.
