Hi Aleksey,
1. Open SPAN's window and create two different plug-in states A and B.
2. Close SPAN's window.
3. Open SPAN's window again. You will see that those two states have been swapped i.e. A has become B and B has become A.
This behavior manifests itself in Cubase4 and Nuendo5 on PC.

Thanks for noticing this. We'll fix it - however, this does not really affect the A/B functionality. In any case, A/B state will not be stored together with the project.
