SPAN: wrong frequency readout

This topic was last updated 180 days ago, and thus it can be considered old.  Replying is disabled for this topic.

I played a set of test tones from 1kHz to 20kHz.  SPAN insisted on telling me that 1kHz was 234Hz, 1.8kHz was 270Hz, and so on.  Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

Please send me WAV files to info@voxengo.com - but I'm quite sure SPAN is working correctly.

Strange.  IkHz showed up as 200Hz, &c.  All the frequencies were too low by a factor of 5 or so.  The problem vanished when I quit and restarted, so that's my workaround for now.

If you get a chance, please let me know an exact "sequence" of actions which leads to this problem.
