anyone know how to use this plugin pre-recording.so i dont have to record my guitar first then apply the effect?

You may simply insert the plug-in to the recording channel, and disable direct signal monitoring - this usually brings the processed real-time guitar sound.
Of course, the complete answer depends on the audio host application you are using - I suggest you to ask this question on the appropriate user forums for the host application you are using.
