Free plug-ins come as ZIP files. ZIP file should be unpacked into VstPlugins folder - the folder where you audio application looks for VST plug-ins. Then you'll need to restart the application or re-read plug-in folder (if such function is supported).

It is not a standalone program - you cannot just 'open' it with a shortcut. You can only load this plug-in in audio application like Cubase SX, Nuendo, FruityLoops, Cakewalk Sonar and others.

I run it as a standalone (sort of) by using Tobybears MiniHost app. It's an awesome little amp that I use more often than either my Amplitube or Nomad Legends.
