I've limited original file by Elephant, but the sound is not so good, Elephant only sounds like TCM5000.

No wonder Weiss sounds 'better'. It perfroms hard-clipping to some degree. (in my opinion such limiting sounds like shit). Beside that Weiss variant sounds like it had a lot of EQ processing applied (+/- 3 dB difference overall). So, it is very probable that the engineer applied 3 bells to the Weiss file (comparing 'Korabliki') - -3dB steep at 100Hz, +3dB steep at 4kHz, +2.6dB wide at 13.3kHz - hence it sound 'better'.
