I am using amd xp 2000 w/ 1 g ram and dedicated audio drive wd 7200.  I have the same result with elephant hq and regular.  I will do a fresh reinstall of windows xp pro and hope this all goes away.  I think I have some conflicts in system.  Now,I do not think that it is a voxengo bug.  It just seemed that way.

db - Did you figure out what was wrong with your system?  Windows?  Motherboard?  Just curious...

Meanwhile, I've tested all Voxengo plug-ins with Celeron 1Ghz, 128 MB on Win xp home, wavelab 4.0f demo, and I didn't see a problem.

i have not resolved the issues yet. been doing a remote project. will be back in studio this week.  Will update.

!!!!!!!  It appears that the cause of my problems was in the setup of the computer.  I had the processor running too hot.  This was causing most of the problems.  I did a complete removal of all uad drivers and fresh reinstall of 3.1 and now everyone is playing nice together.  So far lol.

!

Voxengo is working very well.  It was never the source of the problem.  Just innocent bystander.

Glad to hear it.  I had a similar problem with RAM when I was setting my computer up with the Athlon 2600XP.  I kept getting error messages, rebooting and BSD.  I didn't know what it was.  It turned out that I simply needed to up the voltage from .25 to .26 to my 1 gig of RAM.  Presto, all was well.  It's aggravating tracking those things down when all you want to do is make music!
