Forums     Plugins     CurveEQ a FLAT reference curve?

Alexey,

I understand how to export static spectrum to a reference.csf file and match the take to the reference.  The reference is obviously a non linear amplitude vs frequency response.

But, how would one linearize a measured spectrum to the reference.csf which is flat (LINEAR amplitude vs frequency) ?

The way I have done it is to feed white noise directly into the plug and snap the curve.  Although the response approximates a flat "curve", there is +/- 3 dB of ripple which is not acceptable.

Where can I get a flat.csf file, or how can I create one, please?

Thanks.

Mario

Thanks for the inquiry, I'll think about implementing a special function to generate various "flat" spectrums.
