Global "Auto" realtime oversampling mode option missing

why not two options in the global preferences:

Auto Oversampling Level Realtime: 2x 4x 8x
Auto Oversampling Level Offline: 2x 4x 8x

?

So one could use "Auto" with 2x Oversampling during playback for example. Currently we are limited to 1x during realtime playback :(

Unfortunately, I cannot offer such "global" option, because some plug-ins we may release in the future may require 2x to be used in real-time when "Auto" is selected.
