Is there any way for the user to easily remove registrations from a computer?

Latest versions of Voxengo plug-ins store registration data in the standard preferences folder. On Windows systems the data files created by Voxengo audio plug-ins reside in the “\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\ Application Data\Voxengo\Audio Plug-Ins\” folder; on Mac OS X systems the data files reside in the “/Users/<UserName>/Library/Preferences/Voxengo/Audio Plug-Ins/” folder. You may safely remove, copy and replace these files.
Previously released Windows-only plug-ins store registration data in the Windows registry - this data gets removed when you uninstall the plug-in.
