I write this topic because I wanted to know if the latest releases of the Voxengo Plug-ins are compatible with Leopard Snow.

They are compatible with Snow Leopard. The only known issue is with dual-screen setups where Voxengo plug-ins do not work properly when placed on the second display - this will be fixed in the future.

Note that the problem with dual screen setups was fixed in Mac OS X 10.6.2 - there was no fix from our side required.

Sorry to report that on my machine the problem still exists in 10.6.2 with Nuendo VST.:-(
Especially the new analyzer would be nice on the second display....

It's a pity, of course. I personally saw this problem was fixed in Logic, without anything done on our side. I guess it's not completely fixed - or requires a fix from Steinberg. It does not work in 32-bit plug-in bridge in Logic Pro 64-bit either.
On the other hand, we are working on moving AudioUnit plug-ins to Cocoa so that they work in 64-bit mode natively - this may also fix this problem.

Confirmed. Logic 32bit AU works, no problem. Nuendo 4 VST does not.

10.6.3 does not help either.

I'm sorry for the trouble - but at the moment we have no idea what can cause this issue.
